First off, yes it really is this bright in real life.  I wouldn't classify Zoya Vivi as a neon, but it is definitely electric.  Vivi has a slight shimmer to it, but more pronounced is the strong pink and blue duochrome shift.  It is so incredibly eye catching.  Application is very smooth, and it was opaque in 2 coats, and I added an extra for additional depth.  This is 3 coats of Zoya Vivi, and 1 coat of Zoya Armor.
