Zoya Ibiza is such a beautiful shade of blue. It doesn't tend to look black at all, and almost has a glow in direct sunlight. Its a little difficult to control during applications as it tends to spread a little. I just requires a little more patience and/or touch up than normal. This is 2 coats of Ibiza with one coat of nubar Diamont.
