This is Zoya Charla from the 2010 summer Sparkle collection. It just jumps off your nails and reminds me of a mermaid tail. I would say it is a little more blue than green, and the sparkle is incredible. Application is very smooth, and I used 3 good coats of Charla and a single coat of Zoya Armor. The more coats of Charla, the deeper and darker the color.
