Here is the third color from the Zoya True collection. This is Skylar, a great blue that is not too flashy and is almost a little muted when not in the direct sunlight. Skylar has flecks of silver and gold, more silver to my eyes. Its formula was awesome, totally opaque in just 2 coats and I love it since it dries really smooth. This is 2 coats of Zoya Skylar, followed by 1 coat of Zoya Anchor.
